GTX no starter response

I have a 97 GTX that everything worked fine last year, pulled it out of storage, installed the battery, I have power to the start button and gauges, but I don't any kind of response to the starter when I hit the start button, not sure where to begin trouble shooting?

I’m having a similar problem with my ski at the moment it’s trying to tick over but won’t give that last bit I changed the spark plugs and fuses and pumped out and refuelled but not having any luck if you get some kind of a solution drop me a message be interested to have a go to see if I can get it working , cheers

Well, it appears the starter solenoid was just froze (rusted?) up.
I had cleaned all terminals and connections and greased, so everything was getting a good connection, but you know these watercraft.
Gave it a little extra power(jumper cables) and it broke free and works again.
Toys, sheesh
