GTX-DI No Spark

New to forum. I have a 2000 Seadoo gtx-DI, I have no spark on one of the cylinders. I have tried a few test. Swapped Plugs (Both Spark on working cylinder), Check wire resistance (5K on both). swapped control wires on the coils (get weak spark on bad cylinder). How do you verify coil is ok. Measurement point and resistance? What are the three control wires to the coils? Please provide any assistance if possible. Thank you

For any one interested. I was able to look at my Seadoo. No fuses blown, Coil resistance Primary 2.0 ohms, Secondary 5K. Plugged the control wire from the good cylinder to the coil and plug wire of the bad cylinder. still no spark. unplugged all of the wire harness plugs from the coil box to the MPEM. No corrosion was noticed. Plugged the harness all back together. reintalled the coils and tried again. WOW I had spark on both cylinders. It must have been a loose connection. Put the Seadoo in the water, runs great. I hope this helps someone.
