gtx 951 cylinder removal

I pulled the head on my 2000 gtx 951 but how do I get the cylinder off? there are no bolts, do I have to remove the studs? doesnt make sense

Yes, you have to remove the studs. When you do, you will see the o-rings on the studs that are preventing you from pulling the cylinders up.
