GTX 260 no RPM on water

Hi everyone,

I own a gtx IS 260 2014 with 90 hours.
We are experiencing a problem. Hope my discription is clear and you guys have some ideas about what causes this.

When the machine is in the water the rpm's did not go higher than 3500. We checked the boost of the supercharger and that wasn't very good.
We did the sc rebuild and boost was perfect. On the trailer the ski runs great and hits max rpms. Back in the water, the max rpms are 4500 opposed to 3500 before the sc rebuild.

- engine compression is good
- intercooler is good

Hope you guys can put me on the right track.

Never hurts to change the plugs and maybe the coils. That fixed this guys similar issue:
