got ran over by another jet ski

So yesterday i get ran over by a jet ski. Any boaters out there have opninion on this. Because in my eyes there no excuse. So i goin about 50 n i let outta throttle, within 2 seconds i hear a screem n next thing i know i have a jet ski running me over.. litlerally. It went over me my seat n hadle bars. The blame was put on the machine not the rider. I be fine n realize it was aaccident but fact the person wont just say i made a badd error on their part. NON stop blaming the ski. Had seaweed in the grate.N even when i was all cool about it n all i asked was dont make exuses i kept hearing the exuse. Ya was to close n goin to fast . I didnt even turn, just was goin 50 let of gas n withing 2 seconds got ran over. thats exactly how innocent people get killed on the water or end up in wheelchair. All i want is person to stop making the excuse , nothing more or less

Funny thing wife hit me a while back.
Kinda samething thing.
She's following behind me insted of beside me. I let off coming to no wake zone and pow.

ya guys it was my gf and the sea weed in grate slows ya down i know. She claims ski took off like bat outta hell for no reason. Well how the heck if it was running bad was she able to be on my ass . I let off throttle n instantly got plowed. N def over me. Its smugged the seadoo lettering on seat n tore the handle bar pad off on one side. All i seen was a red hull sliding over me. I was so close to getting smashed in the head. N the big issue is that she blames it on ski, i can accept if she was like .. wow i wasnt watching aheqad of me sorry. But fact is she was that close at the speed we was at. N i ride a hx so at anytime i can get throw in any direction so syhe def shud be keeping a lil distance... N few weeks ago she cut directly in front of a boat while boat n her was goin at a gud speed, my jaw dropped. So i nicely said hay ya gotta not do that so proves she aint payn attention at all n that can be deadly

ya i have mine . i told her that exactly, she obviousy need to take the course. But it just pure carelessness, not sure if the course can change how someone is...lmao

My redhead wife ran me over about 10 years ago on a ski and she still blames me. I was minding my own business way off to the side, ski killed and just floating in the water. She decided to do some donuts and got close, but I couldnt get the ski started quickly enough to get out of the way.


She says I was riding towards her, even though I was just floating an extremely safe distance away. The short of it is that she wasn't paying attention to how close she was getting to the rest of us.

lmao guys ... i told her its very uncommon for jet skiers to runs over another jet skier. Well i guess as long is it ur life partner it pretty common. I been riding for 25 years n never even had a close call. Ya i actuallt fine, i ride a hx so it sits low in water so she just rode over me..lmao. My elbow hurt a little but could of been so bad i thankful nothing serious happened.

Back in 2008 I got hit by a "Drunk" ridding with his gf i stopped to go into a no wake zone and he said he was looking back at his gf on the back and just plowed over my ski. It took me with him and knocked me out. Lucky for me I had my vest on and he picked me out and took me back to shore and left me. I broke 2 ribs and had a nice big bruise on my back.

Ever since then I am way more careful of people around me.
