GoPro HD Helmet Hero

I am currently at a store posting on my phone because I came across something that looked something of interest. I'm planning on taking my Sea Doos out tomorrow for some fun and I liked the idea of having a camera with me I get some shots and was wondering if anybody had experience with the GoPro HD Helmet Hero. On the back it says it has a head strap mount, vented helmet strap, 2 curved and 2 flat adhesive mounts, and a 3 way pivot arm.

To sum it up I wanted to know if there is anyway that I could mount this to my Doo without putting it on my head if anybody knows about these or owns one. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.

Just bought one myself last week. Posted a video in the 4tec section about the first ride this year. Mine is the Hero2 but it will give you a good idea of what to expect.

couple options, you could get the surf board mounting kit, which comes with the floaty backdoor and two sets of white mounts for the gopro. the plus there is if the adhesive comes off, theres a separate adhesive for the tether, and if that comes off, the floaty door has enough buoyancy to keep the whole thing from ending up on the bottom.

then there is the suction cup mount, which is pretty sturdy, but the floaty backdoor won't keep it afloat, so you'll have to either tie a tether to the ski with fishing line or similar, or add more floatation of some kind. or just risk it....

if you already have a gopro and the floaty backdoor, you could use one of the included mounts directly onto the seadoo if you so desired as well.

gopro, is excellent for any filming you want to make. best thing out there. i use it all the time to make some montages... :)
