When is everyone going to put in the water? Or better yet who is going to be the first one in up here in the north east? :rofl:

I haven't seen you and your lovely avatar for a while!.....good to see you back. Oh, I thought I would be first in my neighborhood but my next door neighbor beat me to it...........but, it's not a Seadoo!

I see your looking for the first in the North East. Uh,......don't ya'll keep ice on the water up into July or August, with a month of riding, then ice again in Oct or November.............:rofl:
 
IM here in Ontario and im Going out April 18th if that day doesnt work out for some reason then April 25th :cheers: OH and snipe all the ice is gone off the lakes around here. I was at the cottage on sunday people were out Pike fishing, I could of gone out but i didnt want to RE-winterize the boat :cheers:

Yep it has been along winter up here but now i am getting the itch to get out on the water. All the ice is off the lake and rivers but it sure looks cold. Enjoy that nice weather down there cya soon
 
You mean some people can't go boating in January or February...how barbaric. I'm just glad I moved south...I lived the wish till I moved from upstate NY...back in 1996. I'm never turning back.

I plan on taking the GSX out this weekend for a quick ride with my daughter. No wet suits required. Medina lake is a little low, but still rideable. Shouldn't be cold. High is expected to be about 80*!!!
 
Must be nice in Maine we ride from early June to late September that's about it then the get put away we usually but the boat in earlier and put it away later because it is a lot warmer in the boat then on the ski.
 
I hate to rub it in, but....:)

Low tomorrow morning is going to be about 60* with a high in the mid-80's! :hurray:

The water is going to feel so good! Sorry, guys/gals. I just had to gloat.
 
Yea, it bites to be in a warm climate. Water temp here is mid 60's too and mid 80's no snow in sight for 5oo miles... :ack:

Well, Lynden and I had a great time Sat. morning.

We were without a doubt the only ski on the water at 9 am! Had an absolute blast. The water was smooth and clear. Only got 30 minutes of riding in due to time constraints (had a birthday party to go to), but we enjoyed it. Will have a full weekend at the lake in 2-1/2 weeks.
 
Well I was planning on getting out on the lake this up coming Easter weekend but the weather this week looks like its going to suck.... so hopefully the week after will be better, this winter has been to long:ack:
 
Snowing!!!!!

Well looks like i wont be out on the boat till may, Its been SNOWING all day here even the locks on my car were frozen this morning :(
 
Yea, I feel you pain so I went out this weekend and jumped some waves for a few hours... Spring will be here soon...uh...up north...I hope.

Sorry fellas, but you all want to move the Australian east coast. What snow? What ice? What is winterising anyhow?

Enjoy your summer, however short it might be!
