Gets down to 25 degrees, should I winterize?

I live in New Orleans, and keep my boat under a car port on the water. It may get to 25 degrees, a few nights, but just for a few hours. I think the water keeps it from getting into the teens. Should I winterize?

I can take it out once a month if I don't have to winterize.

No you dont need to winterize, as long as you can turn over the engine once in awhile to keep it from freezing you should be fine.
