Gauge problem

2006 4 Tec 1500. After some work with the engine out, on the first run the gauge started flickering and there is a beep about every 5 seconds. The gauge got progressively worse and now just some illegible markings flash on and off. Any ideas out there???

Did you replace the ECU or any wiring or components using different year skis? Does it run perfectly? Those clusters do fail quite a bit. You can buy a china cluster for under $100 but it will need to be flashed and married to your ECU using BUDS.

Thanks for your reply. It's in a mini jet and running well. Nothing has been replaced. All connections seem ok. I might look at a replacement. Is there a way to check the gauge itself for faults?
