I've been looking through the Mercury Manuals to try and figure out some small black hoses. They are located on the starboard side of the motor, under the water separator. There appears to be 4 or 5 of them connected together by "T"s and run into the enginge block. Does anyone know what these are? Are they a fuel line return? Two of them were split so I tried to change them, then I broke of one of the plastic "T"s. I finally gave up and am taking it to a dealer tomorrow. Is this a quick fix? I have a 2001 Speedster with the 240 FI. I can't find anything in the manuals on these little black hoses.

i'm also going to have them check the water separater (the plug was disconnected) as well as the oil sensor plugs.
