My gas gauge for quite some time has been tellign me there is no fuel. So i simply used to jsut check it once a while manually. Its a 2002 Sea doo GTX. Any ideas of what could be happening here?

The sender inside the tank is out. Or it has come disconnected. Mine went out in my 98'. Had to replace it. Not hard. Just have to label the fuel lines. It may be something else all together.

The easiest way to get to it on the GTX is through the storage compartment between your legs. if you pull it out and tilt the tank a litte you can pull it out.

if the float and magnet are still inside it and it still does not work, PM me, I have a $60 repair for these. Much better than paying $180 for a new one.

Thanks, MIke

There is a fuel sending unit self repair if you arent afraid of hacking into the unit and doing some work. Try a search.
