Gas consumption

Can anyone help me determine Mpg consumption for a 2008 180 Seadoo Challenger SE in ocean? Appreciate it.

Really depends how it's used. My 255hp c180 is 4.5 mpg approx average speed about 50kph I think. Check out boattest.com. They have pretty accurate figures.

Your welcome, gas consumption is higher than conventional boats, but before deciding, get someone to take you out at full tilt then spin it. Whoaa!!
I do this even in semi choppy bay waters. Watch the kids all slide across the boat when they can't on on tight enough! Also you can get these things airborne. Sensational boat.

It IS a great boat; very fast and extremely stable; LOTS of fun. I bought a 2009 215 hp one last year. Just needed to check if gas consumption was normal (plus I discovered a tangled piece of rope in impeller). The web page you suggested was very helpful; I was able to compare it with similar size boats with outboard engines, and gas consumption was not very much different. THANKS AGAIN!
