Fuse Box Location in a 1998 Sportster

Radio and gas gauge are not working and figured I needed to check out fuses, but my shop manual I downloaded does not cover this and I am not sure where they are located, can someone point me in the right direction?

check under the driver compartment lid, you'll have to remove the basket itself, under there...

1998 Sportster wiring diagrams

I downloaded shop manual from this site but wiring diagrams are missing, need to find them so I can try to fix radio, and check gas guage, and other guages that are not working please, also any troubleshooting guides would be helpful too.
