I need to replace the starter relay/solenoid on my 2020 GTI SE 170. The fuse box sits on top of it, and it seems like I need to remove that fuse box before removing the solenoid. Can anyone confirm if that's correct?

Also, I can unclip the starboard side of the fuse box and it'll pull up a bit, but the port side doesn't want to come loose. It's plastic and I don't want to break it. Any advice?

TIA

10 mm nuts secure the box,,,I believe,,,it’s tricky down there,,a pain the hand,,,the selenoid also 10 mm,,,1/4 drive ratchet will be your friend,,,remove whatever you you need to make the access easier,,,

So we got it figured out. Surprisingly no bolts at all. Fuse box and relay were both clipped in with plastic tabs. Really easy once we figured it out. The relay bolt was burnt, maybe from a loose connection. Going to wire brush it and see if that works.
