Are there any user-serviceable parts inside the baffle (96 XP), or do I need to just toss it and replace it.

I appear to be picking up air in the fuel lines when I am jumping waves and sloshing the fuel around in the tank starting when the tank is about 3/4 full or less.

The rest of the fuel system appears to be air-tight, so the leak has to be in the baffle.

All documentation I have shows the baffle as a single part, so not sure if it is something I can break into and fix or if I have to replace it.

That was the first thing I did.

It tends to run better with a full tank, so I filled it up to the top, and took it out last weekend, but the battery died before we got it started (had that damned haunted surfboard with me and it ruined yet another trip). http://www.seadooforum.com/showthread.php?t=14389

My dad keeps the battery on a charger all week but didn't notice that the lights weren't on and his charger was dead.
