I replaced the fuel selector on this ski once already. After sitting so long it won't budge. Is there a way to get it to work free again or do I have to replace the entire thing again?

Thank you.

I pulled it apart and there was all kinds of grease build up / corrosion in there. So I sprayed some PB Blaster, SeaFoam DeepCreep, let sit, then took a pair of pliers and worked it back and forth until it came free. All good now.

I would replace it. If it leaks air you will run lean and ruin your engine.
At a minimum change the o-ring and test with a vacuum gauge for air leaks.

Where would the fuel selector have an air leak from? Looks like the O-ring is on the inside of the hull from this diagram. Even then it appears to be just a seal between the hull and the internal self-contained check valve. I was able to clean it up and make it move from the exterior:

It is inside the valve itself. There is no exploded view on the diagrams because it is considered and unserviceable part.
