Hi can you please tell me where the petrol reserve button or buzzer switch is on a Seadoo speedster 787 jet boat 1999
I heard the boats buzzer/alarm comes on when the petrol is getting low is there a button to press to isolate the buzzer I’m not sure where this is I have a continuous alarm going off on my boat and I’m wondering if this is my problem I just need to isolate the buzzer warning as it’s highlighting the petrol is now in Reserve

just to let you know I have replaced the temperature sensor switches and have checked these by removing the wire when the alarm goes off this did not stop the buzzer I’ve also checked the oil and this is full in the tank so all I have left now is fuel to check

the shop manual covers all the different beeps and their causes.

my 98 speedster had this problem so i unplugged from beeper underneath the steering console for a while. you are right that it will beep continuously if the computer detects the fuel being empty or the mechanism is broken, similarly to how it behaves when the engine is over 100degrees. fixing the fuel sender was too difficult for me so i think i unplugged the fuel gauge wiring. cant remember actually but it no longer beeps at me constantly... its important to have the beeper plugged in case the cooling system fails
