fuel mixture

i have a 96 xp i am mixing my oil & fuel 50:1 is that to much

If no oil injection then no. that is what I have been doing but I am thinking of going 40 to 1 untill I rebuild the carbs this winter. Hopeing that it might make up for any inperfections in my carbs. :cheers:

The more oil you add, the leaner it will run, due to thicker mix.

I like the idea of going to 40:1, but open the jets a little too.
