does anyone know if all the gtx rfi years use the same fuel injector or is the 98 different

I think they all use the same injectors. I have a 98 I'm building now and they look the same to me. If you're thinking of sending them out I use fuelinjectorman.com Probably looking at a total cost shipping included of about $60. Good Luck !

Thanks very much Ive recently bought a 98 rfi Runs good other than a sputter at crusing speed, If the injectors are dirty would it affect all speeds or just certain speeds. Thanks

I've had some skis sputter at a constant speed. You can hear and feel it. I'd clip the spark plug wires 1/4" and make sure you have good contact on the spark plugs. That problem could be wire break down or a dirty corroded plug in the wiring system. I only get to break skis in and not really ride them for fun. That kinda stuff is not easy to find.

Get the tools that separate the wires from the plugs and clean them and make sure they are tight.

As for injectors I send them all out of cleaning. I like to eliminate them from the equation as best I can.
