I noticed the fuel guage on 95 Sportster is on without the key or safety landyard being on. I disconnected my battey and the guage turned off immediately.

It was never like this before...I suspect this is going to eventually drain my battery! Any suggestions on why this is happening??? or any solutions???

I believe that you have a relay that is sticking in the big gray electrical box behind the seat in the engine compartment. I had the same problem but some how it fixed it self for now I disconected my battery the first couple of time taking it out and then it just stoped having that problem but I do believe that I will sooner or later have to replace the relay.
