I have a question for you all's in the know.

Two skis a 215hp supercharge 4tec and a 155hp nonsuper charged.

I know if you run them both at WOT the 215 will have a higher fuel flow.

But both doing 35 or 40 mph, will they have the same fuel flows?

My thought is the supercharged one will have a lower fuel flow because of more efficient burn rate because of more oxygen from compression from the supercharger.

What do you all think?

Thanks,
Glen

You're forgetting about the added drag the supercharger puts on the motor. The supercharged one will have a higher fuel burn always. If you were dealing with a turbo charger things would be different as the turbo runs off energy that is normally just blown out the tailpipe.
