The R&D is pretty sweet. I have the clamps for it as well just not shown

Ill also include a new manifold gasket

would the R&D pipe be a straight bolt on for a 97 SPX? or would I have to tune anything else?

Unfortunately the only upgrades that don't need tuning would be a impeller, intake gate, nozzles, sponsons, trim tabs, and umi steering.

Items such as flame arrestors, exhaust, etc will need jetting and tuning.

However the R&D and Rossier exhausts is one easier exhaust systems to install and tune. They are forgiving and great pipes for a rec ski. You get the reward without the risk.
