Friggin' winter.

I reallllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hate snow. Oh well. This morning, we got about a 1/4" of ice... so I wasn't going into my shop. Instead, I took the kid out to build a snow man. She said it needed a hat... so I figured a SeaDoo hat was in order.

I really can't stand the Winter, either. Here in Kansas, we're experiencing 30mph wind and sideways snow. The wind chill is about -25. If I tried to make a snowman, I'd have to brace him. The wind would knock him over. By the way... where did you get your SeaDoo cap?

Sounds like its time for you guys to move to Florida :hurray:

I'll actually be down there at the end of this month. I need a warm weather fix. How has everything been in Florida lately? We usually have pretty good luck whenever we go down there. Every now and then, it tends to rain on us, but not often.

Snow and Ice here. 3 hour drive to work today. Good news is last night I put a new starter in my 94 xp that I got for nothing and "It Just Needs a Starter" was actually spoken by the prev owner, and VOILA, she fired right up. 130+ comp. in both holes on cheap Autozone tester. Things are looking up.
Thanks to many on here I have been doing everything myself, getting ready to tear open my LRV 951. 135 in Mag, 25 in PTO. boo hoo

By the way... where did you get your SeaDoo cap?

Don't know. I've had it for a few years. I think it was in the clearance box at the local dealer. I remember, Seadoo was doing a "Racer-X" thing for a while... and that's what is on that hat.

Sounds like its time for you guys to move to Florida :hurray:

I've had a couple job offers down there. Before I opened my shop... I was an R&D Chemist. Esprex in Sarasota, wanted me to run their "Customer solutions" lab. (I should take the job)

been in the upper 60's here. i'll be at the lake next week, breaking in a new motor.

Ahoy!

Whazzup homies?! No, I didn't mutiny. But it is friggin winter here too. Subzero crap.

I snuck into the garage, uncovered the Seadoo, and just sat in her for 15 minutes last weekend. By myself, in a down coat, with no beer/music/mods to do. It sucked!

Best wishes to all of you guys and happy new year. Well, except those in Florida, all of youz guys can kiss my arse! I'm seeing no bikini photos aboard your watercraft as promised.

Doc, at least the real America's Team is in the bowl this weekend. Looks like a great battle ahead.

Cheers

Pittsburgh & Green Bay weather in Texas

Who knew that bringing the Super Bowl to Dallas would mean bringing the weather with it. We've not been above 25 degrees since Monday and the schools have been closed for 4 days now. We had sleet and ice on Monday night that hasn't melted since, followed by about 4 inches of snow last night. Street conditions are bad and parking lots are slippery places just looking for an accident to happen. The Sea-Doo is in the garage where it has stayed at about 40 degrees thanks to the hot water heater and shared walls with the house. Here are some pictures taken today. This kind of weather is not normal around here.
