If it is just the orings I would not take it to a shop, you just have to remove the hoses from the head, remove the 12 bolts and replace the the orings, then put it all back togethor. Hopefully it is just the large outer one. If the inner ones around the cylinders are leaking then water has been getting to the crank.
Cost at a dealer would be 1 hr labor plus parts. So $100ish. That is only if it were the oring seals. The head or cylinders maybe damaged and that would run you more. It is strange that both motors are doing this unless they split from ice.
I would need to see exactly how it was leaking and where.
