Hi Guys,
Well... for anyone who watches NFL football (beginning of a Steelers game)... or has seen pictures of Pittsburgh... I'm sure you've see pictures of the rivers coming together, and the big fountain at "The Point". Well... That fountain has been shut off since 2007... and there has been a push to get that iconic fountain fixed. Also... since it was turned off... a very large part of the park has been closed down.
Anyway... for the past few years, they have been working on a rebuild project of the park. That includes a brand new fountain. They have made it even better with a splash area for the kids... and a long tie-up wall, for the boaters, so we can park, and walk around.
So... this brings me to my point...
Over on a local chat board, we have been talking about joining the official light up night. It will be on June 7th, starting at 5pm. We are looking for people to just help make the event as big as possible. So... if you are close enough... come out, and say hello !!
