My jet ski is back from the shop and ready to go... so i thought. I called a sea doo dealership about winterizing and they said some places fill the cylinders with fogging oil. the rep told me to check a receipt to see if it had been done but the reciept it nowhere to be found. I was wondering if there was anyway to check if there was fogging oil in the cylinders...
FYI, I started it up and it started fine and idled at the normal speed and sounded fine. Thanks for anyhelp

Uh nobody "Fills" the cylinders with foging oil, they just spray some in to protect the cylinders. Just change the spark plugs after the first run and you'll be fine. Go have some fun.

Ok so when you say after the first run you mean after the first time I take it out, right? Not after just starting it up...
I just want to be sure it's alright to take it out even though it hasn't be "dewinterized" yet.

De winterized means...fresh plugs, fresh fuel, charged or replaced the battery lubed and checked everything on the seadoo, and prepared to go out on the water to have fun.
