When fogging the cylinders on a two cycle, is it exceptable to use a spray called "White Lithium Grease"? I know it works very well in preventing corrosion on all types of metals but I'm not sure if it would be ok to spray in the engine.
Thanks

Yes, in fact our resident "expert" Seadoosnipe uses that.
It is not the same as the stuff from Seadoo, so my only comment is spray a bit extra down it, and that should compensate.
I am of the philosophy that "anything is better than nothing" so, if you have no way to fog it, put a little regular motor oil down it. I pulled my spark plugs, and put about a tsp down each one, and turned it over a few times, and replaced the plugs.
The problem if you do not do it, is that some rust starts in the cylinders, (usually at the place the piston came to rest for that season) after several seasons of that, you have some funky grooves in the cylinders. That is bad news for "Thinly lubed" lubrication system. 2 strokes are "thinly lubed".
