flushed water in engine need fix

I made a dumb mistake, I flushed water into my 2005 SeaDoo engine. I turned on the hose prior to starting the engine and flooded my engine.
I can see water when I remove my spark plugs.
How should I get the water out properly?

Plugs out!

Remove the plugs and get this thing turning over. Do not wait, it will rust and seize on you. You need to do this quickly. After most of the water is out, start turning the motor over, do this until you get a start. It will probably run rough for a while, but heat that motor up.
