97 gtx went to start and the engine wouldn't crank. I thought it was the battery, I changed battery but it still would not crank. I pulled both spark plugs and found lots of milky white liquid in rear cylinder, the front cylinder clean and dry. I followed instructions found here re getting all of the water out got the sled running. Seemingly no further problems as I ran sled for the rest of the day. I started and stopped the engine many times and it ran well.

Here is the question: how did water get into rear cylinder?

Is it possible that hard stop or back down forced water up the exhaust into rear cylinder.

In my boats my mercruisers have baffles in the exhaust to prevent this from happening. Are there such baffles in exhaust system on my seadoo?
