I have a couple of boards under the boat that are carpeted and hold the boat on the trailer. Bunks? Anyway, they don't seem to line up right and the points on the bottom of the hull are sitting right on them. I want them to sit right on the flat parts of the boat.
Is there a way to adjust these without taking the boat off the trailer and going in and out of the water?
Is there a way to maybe jack the boat up a couple inches so I can adjust them while the boat is right there, so I can see where they need to go?
Would it be safe to put a 2X4 across the back off the bottom of the hull and jack the boat up by the 2X4 I definitely do NOT want to damage it...
Otherwise, if I put the boat in the water and adjust them, i will have to load and launch 3 or 4 times before I get them all in the right place...
