First trip was a disaster!

Ok so I take boat out. Had high hopes ! And told my family I want to take it a round first . And one engine dies . Then start it up then other one dies again !! One engine finally cleared up. But other one . Would not run but for very short time and would only idle for briefly. I felt as if i was going to wear out starter till I finally gave up and petit back on trailer

Is I figure my nxt steps is to clean carb , check both filters ,change gray pulse line out . Sound right ? Am I missing something?

Since it's not part of the fuel delivery system the gray pulse line is probably O.K., have you changed the fuel lines, are they still gray? First thing I would do is check the compression.

I checked compression b4 I traded to it. Checked 150 on both cylinders
