Finding error codes

Hi . I have a 2012 230 challenger se 430 hp

I am at 78hrs on port engine and 77 on starboard. Engine light came on for port engine. I didn’t see a code error display when it came on. How do I figure out what the error code is?

Thanks for the tip. So there is no way to press certain buttons on startup or turning key to get the error code?

There may be, but I have no idea how to do it if it's possible.

If an error code is active then you should be able to hit the mode button until it cycles through. The last thing you see before it starts over again will be the error codes but if there aren’t any you want see any, it will just cycle through all the normal modes/functions.

78 hours is the oil maintenance. Hit mode it will show codes
