I have a 2005 seadoo speedster 200 , where the trailer bunks sit on the hull there are cracks and water is getting in . Is this something that happens and can be repaired easily or is this a major problem and I should fix and sell ASAP? I just picked the boat up and it runs and looks immaculate, only issue is the cracks . Please any advice would be helpful . Thanks

If those cracks are letting water in, then that's pretty serious. Repairs won't be cheap and you may need to repair some gelcoat as well.

It may be worth the effort if you can fix it yourself. If you have to pay someone, I would suspect a couple of grand at the least.

Certainly won't hurt to get an estimate on the repairs, then make your decision as to keep it or not.

Those are serious and that boat should not be put back in the water.

The last picture would worry me the most as the crack appears to be going up the hull side. That was caused by a pretty serious impact.

Who sold it to you? Everything is repairable but you would need to expose all of those cracks out and reglass and expoxy them.

I'll add that the repairs might need to be made both inside the hull and outside depending on the severity of the cracks.
