Failure of rxt260 battery fuse

has anyone seen this or had the same problem

I was riding the other day and the jetski just completely stopped at half throttle after a while it started again magically then died again all dead

fortunately I was with a mate who towed me to nearest ramp

when I got home I discovered the battery fuse was very loose and had effectively shutdown the whole ski

I have temporarily repiared with wire behind each blade to secure and it is running fine and have ordered replacement female socket for fuse but how weird and thank you I was not

in a dangerous spot

I have seen where it was dirty or corroded and would cause the same issue. Once a year I pull and reinsert every fuse to prevent a poor connection and to confirm a good connection.
