Factory carpet install

Has anybody installed the factory carpet on their speedster? Dealer wanted 3 hrs. of labor for the install, but im pretty sure I can do it myself. Anyone done this themselves? Any advice?

Just cut it to fit and have a carpet company bind the edge so it won't un ravel. You might want to add a couple snaps or velcro to hold it down from blowing out of the boat at speed.
