Hey guys do many of you have experience with drydocking your boats? Gotta EZDock drydock for the boat, same as I’ve used for the PWC. I’m having troubles with how the boat sits.
Originally after install the boat sat evenly on the plastic slider but it was too high and very difficult without a winch to get the boat all the way up. Also, boat wasn’t touching the rollers so very difficult to push off. Impossible without 4+ people. Ended up pulling it off with the PWC a few times.
Then, removed the wood under the blue plastic sliders which lowered it 4”. Now as you can see it’s too low and doesn’t sit evenly. Weight is all on the rollers and is forced to lean one way or the other.
Anybody have experience with this? Buying a winch I see is necessary to pull all the way up, but that doesn’t help getting it off
