Extend ski shaft on 96 challenger

We went out boating yesterday and it was pretty great! But noticed one thing about ski shaft, wonder if can modify or any special that can extend it more taller instead of 2-4 inches.

Any idea?

Anything is possible but if you extend it your most likely going to bend it or damage the mount from the extra leverage.

Do you have U-hooks near the edges on the stern of the boat?

If so, you could extend the height of the pole and run a ratchet strap from a U-bolt, around the pole, then to the other U-bolt and tighten the ratchet strap.
