Exhaust strap bracket repair??

The stainless L bracket on exhaust came off the hull. What are yall using to reinstall this? I tried jb weld for fiberglass but it pulled right off. Is it safe to drill some hole next to existing one and put in new rivets?

Also what is this green factory glob holding vent hoses to side of hull? Where can I find it and is it strong enough for holding these rubber straps.for exhaust/fuel tank/etc??

Ive used som 3M marine adhesive to stick things to my hull like bilge pump etc.
3M 05206 Adhesive/Sealant 5200

My bracket for the front hatch shock came off and for that one I drilled ou the left over rivet and just used a new pop rivet to secure it again

You used this on the rough fiber inside the engine bay?

Yeah. The bilge pump and one of the water pickups at the back's lshape bracket came off so stuck it down with that too. Not sure on an exhaust bracket with a lot of flex though
