two of the resignator pipes melted....can u put straight pipes in place of them or are they needed??? The first one off the muffler and the u shaped one with the long runners. They are 98 GTX's limited. Please help!!!!!!!
think I can picture what ur ask'n,..they're rubber because of the movement of motor/pipe..etc, if hard lined together, someting crack'n or break'n,..but check the water spigots,lines, make sure they aint clogged. Sounds like the exhaust get'n, way to hot...
If you are haveing exhaust over heating problems then timmy is right you are haveing a water injection problem. The water cools your exhaust. you should be able to touch it with out it scolding you.:cheers:
