exhaust outlet

On a 98 GTI there are coolant lines that get filled with water. I have all in the correct places except for the little black hose (maybe 1/4in) the is supposed to go to the exhaust outlet fitting/nozzle but am unable to locate that. Can someone please help?

is it the one from the bend in pipe to reducer end of pipe...?

No, its the little lines that connect to a three way. One lines comes from the block to the three way and it splits two ways. One line goes to the coolant sensor, which is located under the back seat handle in the hull and the other line is supposed to go to the exhaust outlet but I cannot find the nozzle/nipple.
