Exhaust bolt holes 787!!!!

Manual shows two bolts get loctite 515....cuz of water passages I read elswhere....Manual doesn't state that info...so I inspected each bolt hole and found the upper left does have a water passage...however the diagram shows the two inner bolts the one on right gets loctite 515...however that bolt hole doesn't have a water passage...is the diagram wrong? There is one other bolt hole with water passage but that bolt hole gets covered wth gasket and flange of exhaust manifold....I'm curious!!!

I have always just used what the manual says where it says and never had a leak.

I'm thinking I'll do that....but still wanna know the reason .....don't wanna "miss" anything

Checked other bolt holes for passages(air)

Because seadoo is weird. Why do they spec loctite under the heads of the head bolts?
