Error code P1616, P1617 and P1620

I have a 2015 GTI SE 155 and I have the error codes that seem to indicate ECM Throttle Actuator problem. I would like to pull the air intake off and see if I can see into the throttle body. Maye it is gummed up or corroded.

I am not sure of the exact location, anyone have any experience or tips on inspecting and or replacing.
