Engines haven't been run in a couple of years

I haven't started these engines in a couple of years. I have changed the oil in both engines and installed new plugs. I have also removed as much of the old fuel as possible and replaced with fresh fuel. I use Marine Stabil religiously. The old fuel smells okay, I just wanted to run fresh fuel. Is there a way to spin the engines over without turning on the fuel pumps and ignition? I want to pre oil the engines before starting them

Its called drown mode, hold the throttle full open while cranking.

Does that work for a boat also?

Yes, but depends on the year as to how to activate drown mode. The older ones you have to hold the throttle open manually and the newer ones there is a switch under the dash.
