Hi all...I'm new to the forum, so I apologise if this issue has been dealt with previously. I am a new owner of a 2008 Seadoo Challenger SE (only 16 hours on the boat). I just took delivery of it yesterday. It had been in winter storeage. Naturally I had it out yesterday, things seemed to be working nicely, and after about 20 minutes on the water there as a single long warning beep and the check engine message started coming on. It also displayed a code "L0111".

If anyone has any idea what the problem would be I'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks in advance.

Any chance you read the letters wrong?...I looked up a seadoo fault code reference guide and I can only find faults starting with the letter "P" They list a "P0111" which says:

"P0111 - Intake manifold temp sensor faulty"

Hi...thanks for the quick reply and yes...i just re-checked....my mistake...the code was P0111

Assuming thats the code....my question is whats the significance of that warning...I assume the sensor needs to be replaced?

Thanks again

I would check the connection maybe reseat the sensor wire and try again. Might have to just order up a new sensor. I think its on the throttle body.
