Have a 97 challenger and one engine just slows down and then dies. Starts back up and runs fine for a little while, then repeats
Any ideas?

Like it's running out of gas? Any other symptoms? Hard starting, run rough at certain throttle positions?

Does it die when you give it gas? Could be a problem with the choke flap staying closed even after releasing the lever because it's gummed up.

Sure sounds like you need to go through the carbs. If you keep running it that way you will destroy the engine so stop it.

Could be simple as replacing the fuel filter, or maybe the rave valves is dirty or carb filter doesnt allow enough gas go thru
