Hi All,

Just bought a GTI 155 SE for my boys as a Christmas present. It has 87 hours on it and I want to service the engine before putting it on the water.

What is required at this stage? I would prefer to future proof it!

I believe you are in the wrong thread. This is for boats only. As far as you SeaDoo is concerned you would do an oil and spark plug change. I hope you gave the GTI a long test ride for at least 30 minutes to see if you will inherit any bugs. Good luck and your boys are lucky to have a great Pop.

I believe you can get the tune up kit from Amazon for about $65. Comes with oil, filter, o-rings, and spark plugs.

Thanks for your replies. I have the oil, filter and o rings ready to swap over. Have opted to swap the spark plugs out for Stainless Steel instead.

Where do you apply grease for the jet pack? Also where is the wear ring I need to check?

I am very proficient on servicing the Volvo Penta V8 inboard in our boat, but Seadoo engines are new to me so I hoping to learn a little from you more experienced folks
