Maybe useing a drill press. might have to try on some old small engine cylinders with a good telescoping guage. Can you actually go to the next size piston with the cheap one as the exspensive honeing machine can do? with a fairly good quality job, without the need of a boreing bar? :cheers:

You're better off to have your machinist bore it out to the next size.
