verk182 New Member Aug 10, 2008 #1 The engine compartment cover on my 98 challenger 1800 does not pop open when the lever is pulled. It makes it rather difficult to open when I am alone. I have to have my son pull up on the cover while I pull the lever. Any thoughts on this issue?
