Hey guys, so I took my boat out today to finally test out the trim tab install. I definitely loved the way the Boat rode and I was able to go full throttle. Now here’s my problem after about 20 minutes of riding really nice I started hearing a loud metal grinding sounds from the right side engine. When I shut down the engines and opened the back hatch I found a pretty big piece of the casing on the bottom. Lucklie I was able to get back to the ramp with no problems but now I have a huge delema on my hands being that I have only owned this boat for 4 weeks. I’m not sure what is going to be the smartest route to take. Here are a few pictures of my Counter balance sticking out of the casing now. 99B67941-124D-4F26-B6C9-7DD532CF67D6.jpgB1C42576-F1F0-4CEA-9458-D68A750C9481.jpg2C50D4FA-C0C5-4DA3-9616-A1D0AC148719.jpg7B0D00B6-9B85-493E-B7A4-7003F3AED69D.jpg

Pull and disassemble the engine to see if there are any good parts left in the top end.

buy a used cases and crank assembly and install your good top end on it.

Find a running or not 787 PWC and rob the engine out of it,

Or buy a core off ebay and send it in to be rebuilt or rebuild it yourself, yours is junk at this point, unrepairable and not suitable as a core towards a rebuilt 787.

plenty of options here if you want to fix it.
