Emissions/Intercooler

I know this is a big question. first when they say low emissions on the side of the ski what type of emission crap is on it. second I have a 06 rxp and i was thinking if I whanted to make it a 255hp what all do i need to do to it. I have seen a post on here saying it is a intercooler but if i change the intercooler do i need to get the ecm reflashed to the 255hp tune? dont know much about these gasers all I know is diesel so any help would be great.

You would need a intercooler and a Super Charger. The jet pump assy, is different also, to complete the modification. I haven't done one, so I really don't know what else is compatable to make the change. It might be cheaper to sell yours, and buy the new and improved one.

okay so there is alot more there. is there programers or chips out there for these things to give them more hp? is all the emission crap in the fuel maping?

You can't get a chip or anything to modify the electrical. The seadoo dealers have the only thing that can change the maping...and that won't ever happen. The software is only available to seadoo dealers and is real expensive from seadoo direct. It's not allowed to the public. Ive tried to get the software...forget it.!
